Ledcor Group
Working as the in-house Creative Director, I led the evolution of brand identity of the Ledcor Group of Companies, as well as their subsidiary Summit Air
The challenge: how do we show the sheer breadth and diversity of Ledcor business lines, but unite them as one company?
Working with agency partners, and leading a small team of creatives, we developed a “One Ledcor” brand identity. We created a brand identity using modern typefaces, vibrant imagery, and bold graphic elements that embodied quality, innovation, and trust.
We redesigned all touchpoints, from web, digital, and print. We also created internal brand education seminars, templates & tools for non-designers to use.
Brand Identity Systems
I oversaw the development of the Brand Identity Standards Manual, and was responsible for evolving them as needs progressed. We started with print directives, then added digital and app standards (and asset libraries) as needed.
We armed non-designers with tools and templates to allow them to create materials as needed.
Digital & UX Design
I worked on the page design, content creation, and UX/UI of:
Graphic Design & Art Direction
Not only was I a Creative Director, I often assumed the role of graphic designer.
I created graphics for presentations, brochures, websites, signage, and reports.
In addition, I served as Art Director of the company magazine, and Creative Director of the annual employee meeting & AGM.
